VFIS Offers Four New Communiqués

VFIS is offering four new communiqués, our technical reference bulletin for ESOs, from the Risk Control Services Department of Glatfelter Insurance Group. “Electronic Communications Systems (Internet & Email Usage)” offers guidelines for addressing electronic communication systems within your ESO. “Grievance Procedures” provides guidance for ESOs on examining the scope and functionality of their personnel grievance procedures. “Weapons in the Workplace” presents guidelines to implement and administer a Weapons in the Workplace policy fairly in your ESO and generally protect against violence in the workplace. Finally, “Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training” tenders assistance on how to provide this type of training to all of your employees and volunteers.
