Customized Agency Sales Tools (CAST)

VFIS is pleased to provide agents and brokers access to our CAST system, enabling you to personalize VFIS sales literature for your agency — including your name, agency, address and contact information.

With CAST, you can:

  • Save low resolution PDF files to e-mail your clients and prospects or
  • Print low resolution copies at your office


You may access the editable PDF files in the Producer Center using your current log on information.

Once logged into the Producer Center, select the Resources tab and follow these steps:

  1. Under Item 1, select - VFIS.
  2. For Item 2, select - CAST - Customized Agency Sales Tools.
  3. Under Item 3, select the appropriate flyer for customization.
  4. Open the document.
  5. Begin filling in the editable fields in the PDF file.
  6. Under file, use the Save As feature to store the file on your computer.

To order high resolution digital prints for mailing purposes through a third-party vendor, click the button below to register. After establishing a user name and password, you will be prompted to create a profile and that information will be used to personalize the sales literature for your clients and prospects. This service:

  • Requires credit card payment to a third-party vendor.
  • Provides copies that can be shipped as soon as 48 hours of request.

If you don't have access to our Producer Center, you may use this site for electronic PDF customization for low resolution copies or e-mails.
